Skills For Us is looking to appoint a Teacher Coach (Improver) to work closely with teachers at one of our partner schools in Sarona, Raipur, as part of an ongoing school improvement programme.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and support teachers to improve classroom practice.
Conduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback.
Support teachers with individual development goals.
Build positive and trusting relationships with school staff.
Work with school leadership to support the improvement programme.
Maintain coaching and progress records.
Who We’re Looking For The role would suit an experienced Middle Leader, In-Charge, Senior Teacher, or Educator with experience supporting other teachers. We will prioritise candidates who demonstrate:

Full training will be provided. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
