Job Summary

Strada is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition and a robust interest in identifying, engaging, and hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions .
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels .
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintaination and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process .
Support offer management and pre-joining activities.
Maintain a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
Meet recruitment timelines and hiring targets.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.




Valuable knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Positive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR/recruitment tools.
Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals will be an advantage.
