Key Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher in conducting classroom activities and implementing lesson plans.
Provide individual and small-group support to students as required.
Support students during classroom activities, transitions, breaks and school routines.
Assist with preparation of learning materials, displays and classroom resources.
Help maintain a protected, organised and stimulating classroom setting.
Observe students and share relevant learning or behavioural observations with the teacher.
Support classroom management and encourage positive student behaviour.
Assist during school events, activities, field trips and other programmes.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other members of the academic team.

Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma holder; qualification in Early Childhood Education or Education preferred.
Prior experience working with children or in a school environment is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, responsible and comfortable working closely with children.
Willingness to learn, take initiative and actively support the lead teacher and students.
