Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for critical applications and systems.
Investigate and resolve technical faults and incidents in a timely manner.
Assist in system upgrades, maintenance, and deployments.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Follow and support incident, problem, and change management processes.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Essential Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux server platforms.
Valuable working knowledge of databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with ITIL processes:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Desirable Technical Skills




Prior experience in Telecommunications (Telco) industry.
Experience in CRM or marketing technology platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
