Role & responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and business challenges through discussions, calls, and meetings.
Analyze requirements and recommend appropriate technical products or solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, presentations, quotations, solution documents, and product demonstrations.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and advantages to customers.
Coordinate with technical, engineering, and product teams to develop customized solutions.
Respond to customer technical queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare solution architecture, scope of work, specifications, and other technical documentation.
Conduct product comparisons and competitor analysis from a technical perspective.
Assist the sales team during negotiations by providing technical clarification and solution details.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely submission of technical proposals.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, technologies, and industry trends.
Support the sales team from initial enquiry through technical closure and order confirmation.
