We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecaller – Sales to join our digital marketing agency in Patiala. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, telesales with solid communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
Explain our digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, website development, Google Ads, and other online marketing solutions.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert prospects into customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.




Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is required.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Ability to handle customer objections and effectively close sales.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up with leads.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
Candidates who have experience selling digital marketing services will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
