Senior Technical Business Analyst - GenAI

Location: Bangalore
10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on enterprise-scale applications
Solid understanding of N-tier application architecture and end-to-end request lifecycle (UI services integrations data)
Deep knowledge of application internals, including backend services, middleware, APIs, databases, and batch processing
Ability to analyze and document technical architecture, sequence flows, integration specs, and AI solution designs
Strong experience in capturing, analyzing, and translating requirements into implementable specifications for mission-critical, high-availability applications
Hands-on understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, synchronous vs asynchronous workflows, and message queues
Solid exposure to GenAI and Machine Learning system architecture,



including model inference and enterprise integration
Transparent understanding of vectorization, embeddings, and vector databases for unstructured data retrieval
Knowledge of chunking strategies (fixed, semantic, overlapping) and their impact on retrieval accuracy and performance
Robust understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and end-to-end workflow
