Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The candidate should have solid experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate management, and closing technical positions across various IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and compensation.
Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidates.
Conduct initial HR/technical screening and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and interview panels.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Negotiate compensation and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status, and candidate records.




Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and improve hiring quality.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Strong experience in sourcing technical candidates.
Good understanding of technologies such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Infrastructure, Networking, Software Development, and Data.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
Positive negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred:
Experience in hiring for senior/lead technical positions.
Experience working with offshore/global clients.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS/recruitment trackers.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
