Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves supporting technical coordination, reviewing drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with project standards, and assisting project teams in resolving technical and design-related issues throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure coordination and constructability.
Prepare and review technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, and material submit.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding technical matters.
Ensure all technical documentation complies with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards.
Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
Support BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration when required.
Monitor project progress and ensure technical deliverables are completed within deadlines.
Maintain proper documentation and records of project-related technical information.
