Role & responsibilities
Site OEP & ERT Incharge
To follow departmental policies, procedures and rules - regulation.
Providing services & maintaining the property in protected, secure & healthy state to meet clients level of satisfaction.
Authorized to monitor and stop any unsafe work practices.
Scope and context of occupational health and safety management system
Attending client complaint on priority.
Daily site rounds & supervising the ongoing activities on the site.
In case of various issues, information to be given to seniors.
As per rounds & ongoing site activities to be reported to Tech-Incharge and submission of shift activity report in each shift
Shift handing and taking over and sharing the details of ongoing work on site & any specific observations to be monitored & reported.
Attending shift complaints (electrical, soft services, BMS, lift, security etc.)
Coordination & check of all meter records, electrical parameters checklist. Distribution of electrical & dg Invoices.
Miscellaneous significant and Duties / Task
Advance Planning, Organizing and Arranging of material and equipment's required for activity.
Working with integrity, honesty, fairness & respect with people.
