nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5–10 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Payments, Lending, Insurance or Insurtech Operationsn
Solid experience in Claims Operations, Settlements, Reconciliation, Payouts or Dispute Managementn
Proven ownership of recurring, high-volume operational processes from data/enrolment through claims and settlementn
Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills with working knowledge of SQL or BI toolsn




Experience creating and implementing SOPs, TAT metrics, process improvements and operational dashboardsn
Robust stakeholder and partner communication skills with excellent numerical and operational disciplinen

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage enrolment, data feeds and exception handlingn
Own claims intake, adjudication, payouts and TAT trackingn
Manage partner & insurer settlements and reconciliationsn
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and operational reportsn
Build SOPs and launch checklists for recent programsn
Identify process gaps and drive automation with Data/Productn
Manage and guide Operations Analystsn
Conduct program-level deep-dives and improve processesn

nNICE TO HAVE: RTO/Shipping Protection, Embedded Insurance, Device Protection, Extended Warranty or insurer-side operations experience.
