Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers and support the team in troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues. The role will involve remote and onsite support, material testing, and coordination with the technical team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers through remote and onsite assistance.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
Perform material testing, checking, and packing as required.
Assist onsite teams during installations, troubleshooting, and technical activities.
Maintain proper records of support activities and technical issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer requirements.




Provide regular updates on ongoing technical support cases.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Basic understanding of computer operating systems and networking.
Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Good customer handling and communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Willingness to provide remote and onsite technical support.
