About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to customers/users. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for warehouse applications, ensuring smooth application and operational support.
Troubleshoot, configure, and set up mobile, web, and desktop applications.
Coordinate with Development/Technical teams for application-related issues and enhancements.
Provide training and demonstrations to warehouse users on applications, systems, and processes.
Support users during application implementation, updates, and configuration changes.
Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Work according to US business hours and provide support to US-based users/customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical/Application/IT Support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Experience with mobile, web, and desktop applications
Positive understanding of software installation, configuration, connectivity, and system troubleshooting.
Solid verbal and written communication skills with good customer-handling.
Ability to provide training and technical guidance to end users.
Willingness to work in US shift timings.

Preferred Experience
Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management software setting.
Experience supporting US-based clients/customers.
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, or web/mobile/desktop applications will be an added advantage.
Experience with Asana or similar task/ticket management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
