Job Summary:
Techsara Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring learners, and helping them build strong technical foundations in modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in assigned technologies
Design and update training materials, presentations, and assignments
Provide hands-on guidance and real-world project exposure
Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Support students in problem-solving and doubt resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to improve training programs
Required Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Python
Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)
Solid concepts of System Designing
Proficiency in Java
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Technical Trainer / Mentor / Faculty
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Passion for teaching and mentoring
