We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented Tele-Counselling Executive to join our Admissions Team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students and parents, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information about programmes, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided leads.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, and other academic details.
Counsel students and parents based on their academic interests and career goals.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
Maintain and regularly update lead and enquiry records in the CRM/system.
Convert prospective enquiries into campus visits and admissions.
Coordinate with the Admissions Team for further processing of applications.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly counselling and admission targets.
Maintain qualified and positive communication with students and parents.
Participate in admission campaigns, counselling sessions, seminars, and institutional events when required.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Positive communication skills in Hindi will be an added advantage.
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
Pleasant personality with a student-focused approach.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Candidates with prior experience in tele-counselling, academic counselling, admissions, education sales, or customer relationship management will be preferred.

Number of counselling calls and student interactions.
