– Telesales Executive
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Follow up on enquiries, leads, quotations, and pending orders.
Generate current sales prospects through calling.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Update customer details and lead status in CRM/system.
Coordinate with the sales and production team when required.
Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
Build valuable relationships with customers.
Handle customer questions professionally.
Follow up with old/inactive customers for repeat business.

Skills Required
Good communication skills.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Gujarati and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.

Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
