Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills.
Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their unique needs.
Foster positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and respect among children.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace that promotes exploration and creativity.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child’s progress and daily experiences.
Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on the children's growth.
Stay current on best practices in early childhood education through ongoing training and professional development.

Basic qualifications




Proven experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or babysitting.
Robust understanding of childhood development principles and early learning standards.

Preferred qualifications
Experience in toddler
Background in teaching or classroom experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with behavior management strategies tailored to young children.
Early Childhood Educator diploma
Graduated
