Job Summary

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products/services clearly and professionally. Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer details. Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion. Provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor/manager.

Eligibility
Age: 24 to 40 years.
Minimum education: Graduation in any field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in Sales field.
Candidate should have social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube channel and Gmail.
Positive spoken and written language skills: English, Hindi and local language.

Leave Policy

18 paid annual leaves per year. Paid time off is additional to sick days,



bank holidays and company non-operating days. 5 emergency/sick leaves per year apart from national holidays. Annual leaves can be taken after completion of 6 months employment in Just Search Me Pvt. Ltd.

1:00 PM - 1:44 PM: Lunch
1:45 PM - 3:44 PM: Sales Work
3:45 PM - 3:59 PM: Tea Break
4:00 PM - 6:59 PM: Sales Work
7:00 PM: Report to senior
