About The Role

We're looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, handling inbound and outbound calls to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for our sales team. Your goal is to engage potential customers, understand their requirements, and smoothly move them through the top of our sales funnel.

This role is ideal for someone with solid communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the resilience to handle high call volumes while staying motivated and target-focused.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, referrals, and walk-ins
Handle inbound inquiry calls and respond to customer questions about listings, pricing, and availability
Qualify leads by understanding customer budget, location preference, property type, and urgency
Schedule and confirm site visits/appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
Follow up persistently with warm and cold leads to convert them into site visits




Explain ongoing projects, offers, and payment plans clearly to prospective customers
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the team leader
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Handle basic objections and escalate complex queries to seniors when needed
Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive tone on all calls
Send follow-up SMS/WhatsApp/email communications as needed

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers welcome)
Excellent verbal communication skills in [local language] and English/Hindi
Clear, pleasant, and confident phone manner
Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM/dialer tools
Robust listening skills and ability to handle objections patiently
Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Valuable multitasking skills — talking while updating records simultaneously
