URGENT HIRING – ACCOUNTANT

Location: Kollengode, Palakkad

Position: Accountant

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our team at Kollengode, Palakkad.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain accurate cash book, bank book, ledgers and accounting records.
Record and update accounting transactions in Tally / accounting software.
Prepare and verify payment, receipt and journal vouchers.
Handle purchase and sales accounting, including invoice verification and posting.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor banking transactions.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain and update cost-center accounting wherever applicable.
Monitor cash flow and fund requirements.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
Prepare necessary MIS/accounts reports for Management.
Support monthly/year-end closing and statutory/internal audits.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
Coordinate with customers, vendors,



banks and internal departments on accounting matters.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all financial records.
Perform other accounts-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience is mandatory.
B.Com / M.Com graduates preferred.
Valuable working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Candidates residing in Kollengode, Palakkad or nearby areas will be given preference.
Candidates who know vehicle driving and possess a valid driving licence will be preferred.
Should have positive knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
Valuable communication, coordination and organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
