The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a solid background in travel sales and marketing. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing tailored travel solutions.
Utilize Amadeus GDS and other GDS systems to book flights, accommodations, and other travel services.
Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into bookings through effective communication and persuasion.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.




Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and services through various channels, including PPC campaigns.
Handle any issues or changes in travel plans, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of travel sales and marketing principles.
Proficiency in using Amadeus GDS and other GDS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in inbound sales and customer service, preferably in an international BPO setting.
