Venue Manager – Ardee Racquet Club (ARC)

Location: Recent Friends Colony

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Ardee Racquet Club and ensure a seamless experience for members, guests, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily venue operations and ensure smooth functioning of the club.
Oversee events, bookings, and on-ground activities.
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and external service providers.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and presentation.
Handle member/guest queries and resolve operational concerns promptly.
Monitor staff schedules, performance, and overall service delivery.




Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.

Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in venue management, hospitality, clubs, events, or a related field.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage teams and handle rapid-paced operations.
Experience in sports clubs, premium hospitality, or recreational facilities will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
