Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies.
Oversee the US collections process, ensuring that all accounts are managed effectively and that targets are met.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding debts.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.




Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to US collections.
