Roles and Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with applicants.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
