Position: Creative Operations Lead

We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our production team and help turn our clients’ ideas into content that people actually want to watch.
What You’ll Do
• Edit vertical social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Work on occasional cinematic/commercial edits requiring stronger storytelling, colour, sound design and visual treatment.
• Assist the production team during video shoots when required.
• Work closely with our creative and production teams to translate concepts into compelling edits.
• Handle basic motion graphics, transitions, titles, and visual effects.
Must Have
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Robust understanding of editing, pacing, storytelling, and music selection.
• Good eye for visual composition and detail.
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Fluent English proficiency — written and spoken.
• Based in or around Colombo.
• Own editing-capable PC/laptop.
Valuable to Have
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
• Videography/camera experience.
• Colour grading experience.
• Experience editing commercial or branded content.
• Understanding of current social media content trends.
The Right Person
You don't have to be the most experienced editor in the room. You need to be hungry to learn, obsessed with positive content, and capable of turning raw footage into something people stop scrolling for.
