Position: Assistant Hub Incharge (AHI)

We are looking for an Assistant Hub Incharge (AHI) to support the Hub Incharge in managing day-to-day hub operations, ensuring smooth inbound, sorting, scanning, dispatch, delivery operations, and timely shipment movement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Hub Incharge in managing day-to-day hub operations.
Monitor inbound, sorting, scanning, bagging, stacking and outbound activities.
Ensure shipments are processed within defined SLA and TAT.
Coordinate with delivery executives/riders for smooth last-mile operations.
Support rider allocation, attendance and productivity tracking.
Monitor shipment ageing, pending shipments, undelivered shipments and exceptions.
Ensure proper COD collection, reconciliation and reporting.
Maintain hub discipline, safety and operational standards.
Support stock and shipment audits and ensure accurate system updates.
Coordinate with supervisors and other teams to resolve operational issues.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS,
attendance and operational reports.
Handle customer/service-related escalations at the hub when required.
Support the Hub Incharge in achieving daily productivity, quality and SLA targets.
Take charge of the hub in the absence of the Hub Incharge.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Graduate preferred; Diploma/PUC candidates with relevant experience can also be considered.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, warehouse, hub or last-mile operations.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational systems.
Ability to manage riders/delivery executives and coordinate with multiple teams.
Positive knowledge of the local area and last-mile delivery operations.
Willingness to work in shifts and weekends as per business requirements.
