Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Internship: 3 Months

Stipend: 13,000 per month

Employment: Full-time | Permanent upon successful completion of internship

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Fresher to join our recruitment team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
Assist in achieving recruitment targets and maintaining daily reports.

Requirements:




Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers with 3 months of HR/Recruitment internship experience preferred.
Candidates from Delhi University (DU) are preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.
Solid willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Internship & Conversion:
The first 3 months will be an internship period with a stipend of 13,000 per month.
Upon successful completion of the internship and performance evaluation, the candidate will be converted to a permanent employee with a revised salary package.
