the role

We don't want someone who just knows how to operate a camera.

We want someone who knows how to make people stop scrolling.

what you'll do
Shoot reels, brand films, campaigns & social content
Handle camera, lighting & composition
Develop visual approaches for different brands
Work with creative & strategy teams




Shoot both planned productions and quick social content
Experiment with different visual styles and formats
Help create visual references / shot lists
Collaborate with editors & creators

we're looking for
1+ year of relevant experience preferred
Freshers can also apply — strong practical knowledge and a good eye for visuals matter more than experience
Robust understanding of cinematography & visual storytelling
Good knowledge of cameras, lenses & lighting
Experience shooting social-first content is a plus
Understanding of composition, framing & movement
Ability to work across different visual styles
A strong portfolio / showreel is more important than a fancy CV
Having your own camera and basic production gear is a robust advantage

bonus points if you Know the difference between “good lighting” and “great lighting.”
