We help acquisition teams automate follow-up, manage deals, and close faster. As we grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with deep GoHighLevel experience to join our team and keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do CRM Management & Automation - Build, optimize, and manage CRM automations and workflows in GoHighLevel
Integrate third-party tools and customize CRM features to meet client needs IT Support & Customer Fulfillment - Handle customer support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly
Assist with recent client onboarding and integration calls
Ensure client requests are completed quickly and accurately Client Interaction - Run integration calls to tailor solutions to each client




Provide training and ongoing support on using GoHighLevel effectively Operations & Admin - Oversee project timelines, documentation, and other back-office tasks
Keep day-to-day operations organized and on schedule What We're Looking For - Proven Virtual Assistant experience with hands-on GoHighLevel expertise
Solid automation and CRM process-building skills
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with real estate wholesaling/investing is a plus
