We are hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to manage customer relationships through phone, digital channels, and virtual interactions. The role involves customer engagement, lead conversion, cross-selling, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer queries and provide suitable product solutions.
Generate leads through calls and digital channels.
Convert leads into business prospects.
Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements
Experience: 1+ year in Sales / BFSI / Banking / Insurance / Telesales.
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory.
Positive English communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid convincing and relationship-management abilities.
Target-oriented approach.
