Tetrahed is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. This is an excellent prospect for freshers who have good communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and an interest in sales.

The role involves handling customer queries related to flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage and other travel-related concerns, while also identifying sales and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, chats and emails related to flight bookings and travel services.
Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage and other travel-related queries.
Explain airline fare rules, seat selection, travel guidelines and policies.
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed domestic and international flight bookings.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional travel services.
Maintain accurate customer and transaction details in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams and airline partners to resolve customer concerns.
Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards and airline policies.
Achieve assigned customer service and sales-related KPIs.

Requirements

Shift & Work Setting
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
24x7 operations with rotational shifts.
Candidates must be flexible to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
Remote/Hybrid work is not available for this role due to business and security requirements.
