Counsel clients regarding overseas job prospects and visa processes.
Understand client qualifications, experience, career goals, and destination preferences.
Explain visa categories, eligibility requirements, documentation, fees, and timelines.
Guide clients in preparing and organizing visa/application documents.
Coordinate with employers, immigration consultants, embassies, and internal processing teams.
Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application status.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
Handle client queries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Ensure all information provided to clients is accurate and compliant with applicable visa rules.
Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
