Key Responsibilities
Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical components.
Identify and diagnose PCB, wiring, connector, sensor, and electrical faults.
Use basic testing equipment such as multimeter, soldering iron, DC power supply, and testing tools.
Carry out soldering, desoldering, component replacement, and rework.
Perform functional testing of EV battery, BMS, ECU/electronic modules, and related components.
Analyze failure symptoms and identify the root cause of defects.
Follow work instructions, SOPs, ESD and 5S standards.
Maintain debugging/testing records and report recurring issues to the concerned team.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams for defect resolution.
