2 to 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure. Knowledge in Microsoft products such Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, O365, Windows Endpoint OS and Servers.
Configure and optimize video conferencing hardware (cameras, microphones, speakers, codecs, control systems).
Integrate conferencing systems with enterprise collaboration tools and AV infrastructure.
Perform firmware updates, patches, and upgrades for conferencing hardware/software.
Experience with AV hardware (Crestron, Logitech, Cisco, Poly).
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data privacy standards.
Partner with IT, AV, and network teams to ensure end-to-end reliability.
Support executive meetings, webinars, and large-scale virtual events.
Knowledge of installing & administering Operating Systems, laptop imaging and hardening.
Knowledge related to AMC, licenses and inventory management.
