Read and interpret fabrication drawings, BOQs, and site instructions. Carry out cutting, grinding, fitting, and welding of MS/SS structures, pipes, ducts, frames, ladders, and supports. Perform welding processes such as ARC, MIG, or gas welding as required.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of fabricated components. Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers for execution sequence and clarifications. Follow safety norms, wear PPE, and maintain a protected working setting at site.
Handle welding machines, tools, and consumables responsibly. Conduct basic quality checks to ensure weld strength and finish. Rectify defects, rework, or modifications as instructed. Maintain housekeeping at work location.
