Role & responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
Obtain quotations from vendors and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, vendor details, and inventory.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
