The Operation Theatre Scrub Nurse is responsible for providing specialized nursing care within the surgical environment. This role includes preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, assisting surgeons and other medical staff during procedures, and ensuring that all necessary instruments and supplies are available and properly handled. The nurse will collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to best practices in surgical care.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
SHOULD HAVE CONSIDERABLE EXPERIENCE IN ORTHO OT

Solid clinical nursing skills with a focus on surgical nursing.
Excellent knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical procedures.
Ability to work in a high-pressure workplace while remaining calm and focused.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the surgical team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure all necessary instruments and supplies are accounted for.
Ability to assess and respond to patient needs during surgery.
Should have atleast 2 yrs of experience in OT.
