What youll do
Ensure smooth and productive plant operations.
Monitor production processes, equipment performance and critical parameters.
Handle shutdowns/breakdowns and coordinate with relevant teams.
Identify opportunities for process and operational improvement.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Support investigation of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.
Follow applicable ISO, ISCC+ and BRCGS requirements.
What we’re looking for
DME / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical
Relevant manufacturing/production experience.
Experience in film manufacturing/process operations preferred.
Solid analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
