Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on experience, communication skills, location, and suitability for sales roles.
Conduct initial HR screening of candidates.
Assess candidates on communication skills, sales orientation, stability, and willingness to work in sales.
Coordinate interviews with Sales Managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
