Role & responsibilities
Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server settings.
Manage and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 platforms.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
Perform user, group, and permission management.
Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity planning activities.
Implement and manage server patching and security updates.
Troubleshoot server, operating system, and application-related issues.
Manage server backups, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.
Support virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Perform server hardening and security compliance activities.
Manage storage, shared folders, and print services.
Maintain server documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with networking, security, cloud, and application teams.
Provide support for incident, problem, and change management activities.
Participate in on-call support and critical issue resolution.
