Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Direct Sales Executive responsible for generating new business through field visits, direct customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate will work with commercial and industrial clients to understand their power backup and electrical requirements and offer suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Identify and approach potential B2B/B2C customers.
Meet purchase managers, facility managers, owners, and decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements for UPS, batteries, inverters, servo stabilizers, and related services.
Prepare and follow up on quotations with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups until enquiry conversion.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate current customers through cold calling, references, networking, and field visits.




Coordinate with the technical/service team for site visits and technical requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, quotations, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Submit regular sales and field-visit reports.

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in meeting customers and making sales pitches.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel locally for field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply.
Target-oriented and self-driven approach.

Preferred:
Experience in electrical, power backup, UPS, inverter, battery, stabilizer, or industrial equipment sales.
Existing B2B customer network will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
