We are looking for a creative, trend-aware content creator who can capture the energy of Varkala and turn real hospitality experiences into engaging social media content.

Responsibilities
Plan, shoot and edit Reels, Stories, short videos and photos at Skylar, homestays and local attractions.
Develop fresh ideas based on relevant Instagram and YouTube trends while keeping each brand’s style distinct.
Write video hooks, short scripts and captions in English and Malayalam.
Manage posting schedules for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
Cover property experiences, food, guest activities and special arrangements through scheduled shoots.
Monitor comments and messages, responding to general questions and passing booking enquiries to the reservations team.

Requirements




A portfolio of social media content you planned, filmed or edited.
Robust understanding of Reels, short-form video and current social media trends.
Ability to shoot attractive content using a phone or camera and edit it independently.
Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
Willingness to travel locally for shoots and work around planned property events.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
