Supervise day-to-day dairy plant operations (milk reception, processing, packing, and dispatch)
Monitor quality of milk (Fat, SNF, temperature, etc.)
Ensure proper handling and storage of raw and processed milk
Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams
Maintain production records, stock registers, day sheet reports manually.
Handle manpower planning and supervise plant drivers & workers
Monitor plant machinery and coordinate maintenance/repairs
Manage dispatch as per customer orders/indents
Minimize wastage and control operational costs
Shift Wise operations every week shift change
1st Shift 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM, 2nd Shift 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 3rd Shift 10:00 PM to 0600 AM
Selected candidate does service Minimum 2 Years.
