We are hiring Telesales Executives for Home Credit to handle customer follow-ups and collection activities over calls. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in Hindi and willing to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments
Follow up with customers and negotiate payment schedules
Ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding dues
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Intermediate / 12th Pass (Minimum)
Language: Hindi (Mandatory)
Experience: Min 4months experience candidates can apply
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Advantages:
CTC: Up to 23,000
Fixed Surcharge: 2,000

Day Shift only No Night Shifts
