Role & responsibilities
Oversee and manage multiple branches or clusters.
Responsible to drive Gold Loan growth, incremental interest collection, NPA reduction and OFP Business.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
Providing guidance an mentorship role to all Branch teams.
Monitoring and evaluating key performances metrics and taking proactive measures to address field staff issues
Preferred candidate profile
Applicant should have excellent Sales experience.
Team Management and Team Handling Skills
