Customer oriented with Finance background and inbound calling experience is preferred.
Robust and accurate data entry skills
Strong typing Skills: 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
Versatile to switch between tasks
Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
Positive analytical and negotiation skills.
Flexibility to work shifts including nights.
Candidates must reside within a radius of 25 Km of our office.
