Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through the voice process in a professional manner.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Follow the required communication and quality standards.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues whenever required.
Maintain proper process and company guidelines while handling calls.
Achieve assigned performance and quality parameters.

Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates should have valuable customer-handling skills.
Should be comfortable working in a voice process.
