Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Dark Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of a dark store and ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, team productivity, and timely dispatch of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the dark store and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise store associates, pickers, packers, and delivery coordination teams.
Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, billing, and dispatch of orders.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability.
Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, replenishment, and handling of products.
Track order fulfillment TAT, productivity, accuracy, and cancellation rates.
Handle operational issues and resolve customer/order-related escalations.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
Prepare daily operational reports and share performance updates with management.
Manage shift planning, attendance, manpower allocation, and team productivity.




Coordinate with delivery partners and other internal teams for smooth operations.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of dark store / warehouse / quick-commerce operations.
Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven workplace.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Warehouse, Logistics, QSR, or Dark Store operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
