Building profitable franchise for SME. Manage and arrest slippage and maintain portfolio quality Collaborating with lenders to customise lending solutions Client Relationship Management in terms of risk & compliance Building sourcing channel with sharp focus on sourcing through branch Manage financial health and growth of SMEs ,₹25–100 Cr turnover, ₹5–15 Cr credit exposure Drive profitability by increasing revenue, controlling costs, & promoting fee-based products (CMS, TFx, EXIM) Monitor portfolio health,



focusing on SMA & NPA Develop growth strategies for BBG and EEG segments, including geographic expansion & complex credit structuring tailored to borrowers’ needs Ensure compliance through covenant monitoring & audit oversight Collaborate across credit, operations, risk, IT & compliance to streamline policies & processes Lead and mentor teams, set performance metrics, & improve operational efficiency via TAT & FTNR controls Leverage legal and technical expertise to manage complex cases & present credit proposals to sanctioning authorities Oversee end-to-end credit delivery, coordinating sourcing, underwriting, operations, legal, & monitoring for smooth execution.
