Key Responsibilities:
Create and modify CNC programs for VMC machines (Fanuc/Siemens controllers)
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters
Optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy
Perform trial runs and ensure product quality
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle time
Coordinate with production and quality teams
Maintain proper documentation of programs and processes
Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of VMC programming (G-code / M-code)
Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.)
Understanding of tooling, cutting parameters, and materials
Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T; knowledge
Knowledge of CNC machine operations and maintenance
Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing/laser machine industry
Knowledge of multi-axis machining
Familiarity with production planning
Salary: As per industry standards
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
